I use it as my weekly deep conditioner. When I first started using it, I kept it on for 30 mins, but recently I’ve been wearing it for a good 6 hours, and I’ve really noticed the difference in my hair. It’s way more manageable and hydrated throughout the weekβ£β β£β

I learnt how to braid my hair during lockdown, so I’ve pretty much stuck with the look. I try to leave my hair out for a few days between re braids, but sometimes I’ll just leave it a day, deep condition then braid again.

Keratin Hair treatments. I used to get this every three months for about two years, and it completely damaged my hair. Every time I’d go back to the salon, there’d be new breakage, but the treatment was so popular it never occurred to my stylist that that was the cause of my problem!β£β I hear most women have a positive experience, but sadly mine was the opposite
