Can I cancel my order?
Our warehouse works quickly to dispatch orders, so unfortunately we’re unable to make any changes once your order has been confirmed, this includes cancellations.

We will aim to deliver your order 3-4 working days after your dispatch and your order has been fulfilled. Express delivery £5.50. We aim to deliver all orders with express shipping placed before 1pm cut off on the next working day. Orders with express shipping places after the 1pm cut-off will be processed the next working day. For both standard and express delivery placed on a Friday after 1pm or over the weekend will be shipped the next working day. European & International Delivery
We will aim to deliver your products within 3-10 working days, depending on your destination country. Will I have to pay for customs or import taxes?
DIZZIAK is not responsible for the customs or import taxes of your delivery. This will depend on your country’s own set of regulations. We can’t take responsibility for delays caused by events outside of our control, including industrial action, severe weather conditions, or other significant disruptions to the service provided by our delivery partners. In such situations, we’ll do our best to keep you up-to-date on when you can expect your delivery.
My order hasn’t arrived yet?
We aim to deliver all UK standard delivery orders in 3-4 working, express delivery 48 hours and EU and international orders between 3-10 working days after your order has been dispatched. But if your order still hasn’t arrived these timeframes, please get in touch with our team. To help our team track your order down efficiently, please provide as much information as possible, including your full name, order number, the email address used to place your order, and shipping address.
How can I track my order?
We’ll send you your tracking information once your order has been shipped in an email. However, if for any reason you need further support, please don’t hesitate to contact our team.

Are your products vegan?
Yes! Our entire hair range is 100% vegan and cruelty free.
Do your products have an expiry date?
On the back of the tube, a small open lid symbol with either 6M or 12M will indicate how many months the product is viable and safe to use after opening.
I have missing / damaged products!
We take such care in packing your orders, but sometimes there can be some issues. If you can take a few pictures of how your order arrived, showing any damage to the package and your invoice from inside the package, please send this over to the team at email@example.com so they are able to get this sorted for you.
Can I recycle your products?
Yes. The tubes are fully recyclable. Please wash them out before adding to recycling.
