Nails are about the only form of personal expression that the wearer can truly enjoy for themselves. It really isn’t about what is trending or what is in fashion, it’s how you wish to express yourself to yourself. When your nails are done, from classic naked manicure to all out talons stoned and pierced, you feel elevated, confident and in control. What I love most about what I do is that post-cuticle oil moment when the client holds out their hands, and admires their new set. The feeling I get from this is priceless

Kitchen Disco by Clare Foges. I read it with my son quite often. It’s a children's book but most adults can relate. If you have to read something to a child again and again, trust me; make sure it’s something you can enjoy too!

Believe that you are beautiful firstly, then add Dr Barbara Strum Hyaluronic Serum for darker skin followed by a few of her Glow Drops. It really does the trick

Never comb hair when dry, always add water/moisture before showing a comb or brush to Afro hair

Crisps

Dizziak Hydration Wash on dry hair, massage and comb through from tip to root. Rinse then a second wash (not necessary but I enjoy the feeling). Apply Dizziak conditioner, comb through a second time (effortlessly by the way). Pop on a shower cap and leave on for an hour. Rinse and apply black castor oil to the roots only

It has improved my hair health to no end. My curls became smoother, shinier and more defined and my hair is thicker and healthier than ever. Dizziak is my hair ride or die!!

I’ve had ALL of the hairstyles but my fondest is going natural in colour and process. I’ve learned to love my hair because it’s beautiful just the way it is

 The blonde lace-front wig stage. No real styling was given to this wig and no one commented on it. It lasted a week and all (most) photo evidence has since been destroyed
