I need to change the contents of my order.
We are dedicated to delivering your order as quickly as possible, and this means that we are unable to make changes once an order has been placed. We are also unable to add, remove or swap products from your delivery.
I’ve entered the wrong address in my order.

Can I cancel my order?
Our warehouse works quickly to dispatch orders, so unfortunately we’re unable to make any changes once your order has been confirmed — this includes cancellations.
What are your delivery options?
Order before 1pm to receive same-day dispatch (weekdays).
UK
Standard Delivery (2–4 days) – FREE over £30
Standard Delivery (2–4 days) – £3.50
Next Working Day Delivery – £5.50
EUROPE
£15 delivery
Free on orders over €80
All duties + taxes included
USA
$20 delivery
Free on orders over $100
All duties + taxes included
REST OF WORLD
£20 delivery
Orders outside the UK, EU and USA are subject to local import duties or taxes, payable on delivery.
On occasion, orders can be delayed due to the delivery carriers. Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery. After which, we will refund or replace your order.
UK Delivery – Standard & Express
We aim to deliver your order 2–4 working days after dispatch. Express delivery is £5.50. Orders with express shipping placed before the 1pm cut-off will be delivered on the next working day. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be processed the next working day.

European & International Delivery
We aim to deliver within 3–10 working days depending on destination.
EU delivery – €15
USA – $20 (Free over $100)
Rest of World – £20
If you’re having issues with your tracking or your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days, please contact info@dizziak.com and we’ll help resolve it.
