SHIPPING POLICY

We offer the following delivery options.

Shipping – Tracked

Free UK Shipping over £30 (2–3 days)
Standard UK Shipping – £3.50 (2–3 days)
Next Working Day Delivery – £5.50
EU Delivery – £15 (Free on orders over €80)
USA – $20 (Free on orders over $100, all duties + taxes included)
Rest of the World – £20

On occasion, orders can be delayed due to delivery carriers. Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery. After this period, we will refund or replace your order.

EU DUTIES & TAXES
Orders to EU destinations are shipped duties paid in most cases.

For orders under €150, duties-paid shipping is not supported in the following countries:
Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Finland, Portugal, Sweden, Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Croatia, Hungary, Slovenia, Bulgaria and Greece.

Orders to these destinations may incur local duties or taxes payable on delivery.

Non-EU European countries are subject to local duties, taxes, customs charges or handling fees on delivery.

REST OF WORLD CUSTOMERS
Orders outside the UK, EU and USA may be subject to local import duties, taxes or customs handling fees payable on delivery.
