FAVOURITE THING ABOUT WHAT YOU DO
I love telling stories! Everyday, I get to work with brands to figure out the most authentic way to share their “why”
AN UPLIFTING SONG
Depends on the vibe! If we're just doing something chill, it’s Teedra Moses - Be Your Girl. If we’re going OUT out,  it’s Roy Davis Jr - Gabriel

A SWEAR-BY BEAUTY TIP
Makeup wipes + micellar water do not do the job of a cleanser
A SWEAR-BY HAIR TIP
Never let anyone tell you how you should or shouldn’t wear your hair
A SMALL JOY
Making my own coffee every morning
HAIR WASH ROUTINE
My hair is THICK - high density, low porosity + it’s relaxed. I wash in 2-4 sections, shampooing twice with a hydrating shampoo. I then usually do a quick treatment - either intense hydrating or a protein treatment
WHY DIZZIAK
It WORKS!
GREAT HAIR MEMORY
Either my undercut or my mum’s response to my pinky-blonde fade
NIGHTMARE HAIR STORY
For my first professional haircut (aged 20), I went to a well known Black hairdressers salon in town. It was the mid-00s so I wanted layers + red streaks. I got what I asked for + loved how it looked but the haircare advice was lacking. I was told “you don’t need grease” but I wasn’t told about keeping my relaxed + now colour-treated hair hydrated or keeping heat to a minimum. I’d go over + over my hair with straighteners + eventually lost about 4” of one huge streak of red
ICONIC FIGURE
