I travel once/twice a month which I'm very grateful for (and someone else pays haha)

 Potential - SadBoi

A CHILL OUT SONG

Take Off Your Cool – Outkast (featuring Norah Jones)

ONE PODCAST

I honestly don't listen to any

ONE FILM

Call Me By Your Name.. or Malena... both for the scenery

ONE BOOK

Pachinko - Min Jin Lee

A SWEAR-BY BEAUTY TIP

I get very puffy so I ice my face a lot. I think it helps, but if not, it feels amazing haha

A SWEAR-BY HAIR TIP

 Re-wetting it everyday

A SMALL JOY

 Formula 1 Sunday

HAIR WASH ROUTINE

Once a week: creamy shampoo, loads of conditioner (not fully washed out), wrap in an old t-shirt, brush through with a Denman brush, scrunch curl cream, a tiny bit of gel and let air-dry

WHY DIZZIAK

I followed someone on Instagram who had the MOST amazing curls, and she was using Dizziak. I bought it because it was sulphate-free, the branding looked great and it smelt delicious - I haven't looked at another product since

GREAT HAIR MEMORY

I only realised how curly my hair was at 23/24 because I straightened it all the time when I was younger. When I finally learnt how to look after it, I felt so much more confident keeping it natural

NIGHTMARE HAIR STORY

I had these tragiccc £5 clip-in extensions from Peacocks (lol) when I was 13/14 and I would dye my hair to try to match the colour to them. Same era as wearing foundation on my lip

FAVOURITE WAY TO STAY ACTIVE

If I lived by the sea or a lake, I would swim everyday

ICON

I have a weird attachment to Spongebob

IF YOU COULD GO ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD

 The volcanoes in Iceland

ONE THING YOU WOULD LOVE TO DO

To own a small farm B&B in the middle of nowhere - somewhere hot. I want to host people from all over the world and live like a big family, eating together each night etc

BEST PIECE OF ADVICE

It's better to be at the bottom of a ladder you want to climb, than halfway up one you don't!
