LOVES
LIFE

SWEAR-BY BEAUTY TIP
Turmeric and spirulina vitamins, internal beauty comes first

SWEAR-BY HAIR TIP
Microfibre towel, natural organic oils for hair and scalp!

ONE THING EVERYONE SHOULD AVOID WITH THEIR HAIR
Cleansing your hair with silicones

FAVOURITE LOOK / HAIRSTYLE
Sexy sleek, long braid. Or big and natural. Depends what mood I'm in

YOUR WASH ROUTINE
If I wash my hair once a week and have a build-up of product, I will do a deep pre-cleanse with a scalp scrub first. Then cleanse my hair twice. I really work through my conditioner, leave it on for a few mins, and I never fully rinse it out, I just hold my head under for a few seconds with cool water to almost dilute the conditioner. Then squeeze my hair out with a microfibre towel, tangle tease, then apply my curl product whilst my hair is really wet. Leave to dry naturally

WHY DIZZIAK
Leaves my hair feeling squeaky clean yet super conditioned, a combination that is rare to find

GREAT HAIR MEMORY
When I did actress, Ella Balinska's hair for the cover of ES magazine and saw it cover all over London
NIGHTMARE HAIR STORY/STAGE
When I just qualified from hair school, I went for a job interview in a salon, I used my sister as a model, did highlights on her hair and all the bleach leaked out the packets and created lines and splodges all over her scalp. I was mortified, so I told my sister to get her things, and we both did a runner

IF YOU COULD GO ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD RIGHT NOW
Greece. My home. My peaceful place where I don't need anything...(but my hair products )

MANTRA IN LIFE
Let go of anything that no longer serves you

WHAT'S THE ONE THING YOU WANT TO TELL THE PEOPLE OF 2020
Life doesn't always go the way you planned, stay positive and embrace change. And remember to breathe
